Westfield to Niagara (Sunday, June 27)

Sorry about the delay. Technical difficulties!!!

Today I was up around 6:30 getting the rest of what we needed ready. Around 7:30 I woke up the boys who were slow to get up. We were going to get breakfast on the road and with the trailer already set on the van there was not all that much we had to do. When we were sure we had everything (hopefully) we got in the car and started driving. About an hour later we stopped in Albany for our breakfast at a diner where a man nicknamed "The Wombat" wanted to talk to us about our trip. He loved to talk and had many interesting things to say. When we finished eating he took us out to the parking lot to see his brand new 2010 Corvette. He let us look inside and it was very nice. We said good bye to him we got back into the car and drove about 5 hours to the campground. After we set up the camper for the first time, which took a little while, it was dinner time so we went to a place called Pizza Junction as seen on the TV show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" on the Food Network. On the show it advertised "Pulled Pork Pizza" and other fascinating pizza's so we decided we would try it out. We ordered the "Pulled Pork Pizza" and a "Steak and Cheese Pizza". Both were very good but the four of us decided the pulled pork was the better one and definitely recommend it. When we left there we were headed for Niagara Falls. The Canadian side. While we were waiting to cross the bridge to take us over (Rainbow Bridge) it started to rain and pour and thunder and lightning and pour and pour. We were going to go over in the morning any way so we just decided to turn around and go back to the camper to get to bed early.
